Hi: I am just beginning to explore the life of a bandster. I really want to do it and finally be happy with my size again. I was in good shape till my 40s and then things changed. Every year I seemed to put on a few pounds and here I am "morbidly obese". I need to do this for myself. Now is the time for me. I hope I find the courage to continue on this journey.
