Can anyone give me a suggestion on what to do. I had to have all my Fluid taken out of my band because everything I ate was getting stuck and I was having trouble swallowing. Now I am hungry all the time and am eating more. Only about 1300 calories a day because I keep track on Fitness Pal. Well I have not lost any weight since November and just recently gained 2 lbs. Thanks for any imput in this matter.
