Hey Sandy !! I am back from my school cave...lol. Everything is well, I finally have a little more energy !! WOW, Congrats on your 42lbs!! You look wonderful !!! I only lost 35 lbs since the surgery, I take every pound I can get. Last week, I added more protein to my diet and less white sugar/bread (aka bootleg South beach diet), let see how works. I am on my 6th fill also totaling 8.6cc, with my large 14 cc band. Isomewhat feel some restriction. My next fill is Tuesday. Do you have a large band also? Wow Congratulations on your weight loss. Just imagine, people gain weight on the holidays and we are losing weight!! I been down 91 lbs., 24 lbs since the surgery. I am managing everything pretty good, school is over for the holidays so I can really pick up on the exercising. The hardest thing for me is not using food as crutch for everything. I use to eat when I am bored, tired, happy and sad. So, I am doing a lot of meditation and praying to get through the day. For once I am able to focus on myself mentally, physically and spiritually. :thumbup: Hey are you going to post any progress pictures soon?

Hey ... How is your 2nd fill going?

Wow I feel some restrictions with the 2nd fill (6cc). I only can eat about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of food.

Got my 2nd Fill for the Month. I just found out that I have an AP large lap band -- the one that holds 14 mL of saline. As of right now I have 6 cc in the band. I also lost another 2 lbs. From 395 lbs to 393 lbs!!

Right now, I don't feel any restriction !! I was able to eat 2 slices of pizza. I have to get my head straight. I can't afford to lose this battle!! Getting my 2nd fill on 11/30.

Hey Sandy, Girl I have no restriction!! I am going back to get my 2nd fill on 11/30. I heard it takes 3-4 fill before you really feel the restriction.
