Everything is going good. I havent lost any weight in Nov but I havent gain any.But I really havent been going to gym but my total weight is about 33 pounds.So I guess that is good for me.

OMG!!!! And you are down 90 lbs that is GREAT!!!! I just had mines 10/1 so I hope I can be down 90 lbs in 5 mos. Keep up the good work!!! Do you work out alot and watch what you eat?

Hello, I was looking at your pictures and I so amaze of your progress. I have a few questions if you dont mind. I just go band 10/1/09 and I lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks which is good to me. But I was wondering after your surgery did you start eating out of the bowls you took pictures of?

Hello Bethany, Sorry to hear about your gas pains. I had my surgery Oct 1. and I dont have any pains but it will get better for you.

This clear liquid diet is very hard LOL!!!! But I only have three more days I can do it!!!!

I had my surgery yesterday and everything went great!!!!!

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY!!!! I cant wait to start a new chapter in my life.

I go to my dr. 9/22 that is when I will start my pre-diet
