i like that idea as well when i went thru moody the other day i saw a screen printing shop that might give us a good deal on shirts there's also one in ragland that might do the same let me know how to help ya'll with this

i had my surgery on July1 in alabama and i am doing fine down bout 20 pounds and feel fine

that is fine with me let me know if theres anything else i need to bring

i am so excited about the meet and greet and to meet all of yall and get advice from banders that are further out than i am

when i've been up there i have seen dogs there and i dont recall any signs about dogs but i may go up there Thursday to and if i do i'll check and c for sure

for those that have never been to spring valley it is a wonderful family place to go have fun, my girls and i try to go at least twice weekly and we love it. Also let me know what to bring. It will be me and my 2 girls

i jsut got the info on this saturday at support group but am planning on attending my girls and i go there all the time
