I finally got my butt back in gear after a flat month! I went back to basics and lost 6# in a week!

Down to 198 after a two week stall!!! It feels good to be going in the right directions! Off to walk now in the cool fall air.

Back to work I go today! The true test.

Day 10 - Just walked two miles!

I have been so psyched during the 2 week liquid diet. It has not been bad at all! Aug 20 will be here in no time!
