Thank you and no problem ask away. Many on here have been wonderful and supportive and have helped make this journey a positive experience. As for the weight I have been up and down for years but I finally seemed to start losing last spring. I made some major lifestyle changes and began using the T-Zone at our local gym. I also started to use diabetic boost to prepare and replace meals I often skipped. My fingers are crossed that this journey continues because for once in my life I am excited to get on the scales. Family, friends and co-workers have been extremely supportive. I have been creative with my boost by adding water and ice in a blender and drinking plenty of water through out the day. I have fallen in love with my recliner I purchased for my surgery to be able to sleep upright for a few days. Added high definition on my TV just in time for surgery and the Olympics. The opening ceremonies were amazing!!!
