  1. White Castle... I drive by them every night on my way home..
  2. I have the same issue. the ring guards were awesome the first week they were on the rings but as I worked they flattened out and were just uncomfortable.. I went online and bought a really nice looking cubic and silver wedding band set.. you can get them cheap enough now and they are surprisingly real looking; my co=workers thought I got an upgrade from my hubby.... this is just until I reach goal then I'll have my real ones re-sized.. Good luck!!
  3. I got banded in September and my hair was falling out like crazy. I started taking Bioten (u can get it at GNC or a vitamin store) it seems to be helping..
  4. Diet Direst that sells the Wonder Slim will send you some trial products if you call them
  5. I'm also scheduled for surgery on the 2nd. I started my pre-op diet yesterday. On mine I can have 2 soup meals daily (healthy choice etc) sugar free-fat free pudding or yogurt (only 2x a day) and the protein shakes. I tried the Muscle Milk lite, but what an aftertaste!!! Today I used the Wonder Slim which is like the Medifast and its so much better.. so far I'm not craving meat, but it's so hot here in NY that I could go for some ice cream!!!
  6. you could try Muscle Milk Lite or Wonder Slim. both have abt 15 grams of Protein and are abt 100 cals good luck!!
