  1. What a great NSV! Thanks for your posts, BillOh! You inspire me as I'm just two weeks into my journey. Keep posting here so we can all be encouraged
  2. Thanks, all, for the input. I have been trying different ones--ordered some samples online and made a trip or two to GNC. I am confident that I will find what works for me.
  3. I think my uppermost incision may be infected--it's right at my bra line and it's hard to keep my bra from rubbing it. I am going to the doc tomorrow for him to check it. Anyone else have issues with incisions?
  4. In your humble opinions, what is the best source for protein shakes our there? I'm still in the healing phase and have to get protein via supplements right now, but I'm so sick of protein shakes, I almost vomit just thinking about them! Any advice?
  5. Woo Hoo! That is a major NSV, one that I look forward to very soon.
  6. Thanks for the info. And by the way, I love the verse in your signature! Gatorgal
  7. I was just banded this week (6/29) and have just found this website. In reading through some of the posts, I've read some terms whose meanings are not clear to me. What is "PBing" and "sliming?"
