The gas pains were horrible, I used gas-x strips, they worked MAGIC

As for my liquids I did beef broth, Chicken broth, jell-o, lots of water, and that was pretty much it

Everything is great, was banded 1/20 (2 months ago today) and have lost 18 lbs since (I gained 8 lbs back binge eatting lol). Otherwise doing nice!! congrads on the 110 lbs!!!!

Thanks!! I lost 38 lbs before surgery, 2 months out I was down 18 lbs but recently gained 8 back =( after a major eating binge!! back on track as of today tho!!

GOOD LUCK!!! Just remember to FOLLOW THE PLAN!!! I have been off for a week have have gained close to 10 lbs back!! JUST WATCH YOUR EATING AND REST

yeah with my type of insurance you have to wait. i believe I have very small amount in my band maybe 22 cc. I cannot go back until my 6 week checkup, and even then I will only get a fill if i have lost a good amount!

I know, the waiting game sucks! can you maybe call and heck status or?

I see my surgeon March 4 and I will get one then!

see my problem is the fries ARENT coming back out, so I am wanting to cheat more!! ahhhhh!!

me not so well, I am having my monthly friend and its caused me to slip some fries and a coffee past the band ;( I am sooo disapointed with myself, only being banded 16 days and doing that already !!!!

I am doing okay, finally not sore. I have lost 10 lbs since the surgery but its kinda stopped now. today my dr started me on puree foods which is pretty nasty LOL but I am going to start walking tomorrow, 20 mins a day because I have yet to start excersizing, hope it helps. how are you???
