  7. Hi I am in the Benson/Clayton area and was wondering if anyone who has had the band a while that would be willing to be my mentor.... I am 42 and Live in Benson but work in Raleigh Thanks !!!!!!!!
  8. OK so it has been three weeks exacty since I was banded, I was only on a two day post op liquid diet... I have lost 25 pds , my concern is this last week I havent lost anything, in fact gained a pd... I am eating mashed food and some light things, can tolerate anything and am straving and when I eat, I make myself quit because I dont want to strech or damage anything... I feel like I havent even been banded...I am eating very good, exactly what I am surposed to be eating... Its just so hard, I am so hungry and cant get full. Is this normal til I get a fill? I am thinking they forgot to put the band in...lol:unsure:

    Lots of questions

Hi I have a few questions; I have been banded for 6 days….. Why do some people say things get stuck? Is it because you don’t chew good enough? Do you know if the food gets struck? How do you get it unstuck? How do things get stuck? Why can’t some people not eat nuts, seeds and noodles? What about breads and peanut butter? Really curious, thanks for your help!!!
  13. Thanks everyone for all the suggestions.....
