  1. Because I throw up after every meal, my doctor said that I'm not getting the nutrients that I should be.
  2. Iv gone straight to him. I got my lapband in 2005, and now my doctor wants me to get it out, so my mother-in-law phoned him direct (she speaks flemish and i don't) and I got an appointment with him in June.
  3. I try to eat fruit and veg, but i am always sick, it's not what I eat, I know what a balanced diet is. Yes it is a toll to help with weight lose, but it does not always work, not with everyone.
  4. I was banded by Dr Dillemans in 2005, and now my doctor is ending me back to get it out. It has done nothing for me, I weigh more now than I did when I had the surgery. I went to Manchester for my fills after I returned from Belguim, and the specialist there said, that i cannot be sick (which I constantly am) becuase when you throw up, it tightens the band and eventually it will become so tight that no food will pass through at all. I am not trying to put anyone off having surgery because everyone is different, I'm just letting you know my personal failure story.
