I am a happily married 37 year old mom to 3 daughters.  I am a 4th grade teacher in a small town, live on a small ranch, and have lots of pets!  We love camping, swimming, beach trips, and playing.  I am looking forward to shedding 100 pounds and being comfortable in my own skin again.  Surgery is set for June 5th - and I have a great support group.  I am looking forward to making new contacts on here - and I do sporadically update my blog at www.mightaswellbenow.blogspot.com

Added:  Due to pneumonia, surgery was rescheduled to July 2nd.  Went without a hitch and I am happy to be on the loser's bench!
