I hope that it is not horrible. I am having my surgery in Mexico. I intend on driving myself home from the airport which is about an hour drive.

Thanks so much for posting this. I am having surgery with Dr. Garcia on the 31st. I am going alone and it was just now beginning to bother me. Luckily, I have met a same day surgery buddy on here who is going alone too. But this makes me feel even better.

I, too am scheduled for August 31 with Dr. Garcia. I was scheduled with Dr. Almanza but changed to Dr. Garcia after finding out I would be going alone. Good luck to each of us

I have some questions though for any of you who have already been to him or know folks who have. My mother wants to come with me, and I wasinformed we will be staying in a hotel, which is just fine with me, however, how often do they come to check on you at the hotel and if you are in ain are there still options at the hotel? Or just pretty much hoow does it work? Thanks sheree

I am scheduled for june 5. I am lucky and my mother wants to go with me.i do have a question though, if you are at the hotel and you need something, do you call, do they check on you a certain amount of times, if you are in pain, what do you do,etc??
