  1. My Dr. told me for word "You are NOT going to hurt yourself or the band". He told me to go to the gym and work out; however no heavy weight lifting. I totally relate to what your saying though. I am 4 weeks post op and still a tad tight/sore when I get up first thing in the morning and or when I eat.
