  1. Hello! I am 3 1/2 months out of surgery and have lost 48 lbs pretty easily. I am now just hanging out where I am....stuck I know you have plateaus and stuff but I could really use someone to kinda steer me in the right direction :tongue2: If you are still interested in mentoring let me know! Thanks
  2. It takes me about 5 minutes. If I try to continue on it feels kinda sour on my stomach. Im afraid of throwing up so I stop.
  3. Hello! I was banded a couple of days ago and I have instructions to drink 8oz of protien drink in the morning and 8oz at night. I am only getting down 2oz at a time. Is this normal because of swelling or should I be concerned about it? Also the gas is painful.....any suggestions?
  4. Hello! Sorry you are having this problem. My doctor put me on a skim milk diet for 2 weeks before surgery. It was rough but he said my liver shrank nicely and I had surgery 2 days ago. So the diet consisted of skim milk 3 to 4 times a day and water, crystal light, and decaf coffee. I wouldn't attempt it before clearing it with your doctor first though. It is a hard one to follow ...... Good Luck!
