  2. Diets very low in fat will make your skin dry eat Healthy fats olive oil nuts avocados

  4. I've had both read my threads go to sleeve lapband is not a good choice it wasn't for me anyways.
  5. No bougie my doctor used the scope I have a smallish sleeve. I can put down about 4 oz of steak if I work at it. Normally I only allow about 15 to 20 minutes per meal time and so I only get about 3 in..

  15. Dehydration and being in ketosis sometimes do that to you. Stay hydrated and maybe up your carbs a bit
  16. How about tracking what you eat on an app like my fitness pal sometimes we eat things and don't account for them this will keep you on track
  17. Well lets see I had Lapland nov 6 2009 by Dr. Khallili then had my port revised by Dr. Cunneen 6 months later then I was sleeved by Dr. Burch on Nov 5th 2012

I'm having an endoscopy to check on my esophagus but currently I'm on carafate and Prilosec I'm waiting on a acid blocking med to be approved by my insurance but the side effects of that are not the best so I will see how long I can take it for.. I'm optimistic. That my issue will resolve itself I certainly don't want a bypass. My doctor mentioned that they can do a laparoscopic procedure in which they strengthen the esophageal sphincter not sure all that's involved but we will discuss if I'm a candidate when I have my endoscopy..
  19. I looove donuts and I would also like to eat the whole box.. but I don't and I'm not a Debbie Downer about my family having them. they're not fat I am lol.. i've had loads of donuts in my day and I can enjoy a little nibble of one and be ok..
