I've been getting mild headaches, too, accompanied by lightheadedness and nausea. Is that normal?

No sure if normal but those sympthoms just like you is what i am experiencing. Didn't have this before. I am 3 1/2 months out.

I'm 4 weeks out. Not getting in any of my protein requirements yet :/ still trying to find something that doesn't make me nauseous. Just generally not having an optimal recovery

Are you getting your water in OK?

Dehydration and being in ketosis sometimes do that to you. Stay hydrated and maybe up your carbs a bit
