hi i was banded on Jan. 12 and i started at 213 lbs. I've lost 54 lbs. Everyone looses wt. differetly. You've lost 40 lbs since then, I'd say you're doing just fine. I have my band every 6 wks. or so. I'm supossed to get tightned on monday, but I cancelled because I feel fine were I am at for now. But you're doing great!

Hey taylor52, That's really exciting, no need to be worried though, sure it's a little nerve wrecking but you'll be fine. I have had really good results so far I hit a plateu once, but that's normal. I would deffinatly say that you should be way under 200 by then! I started with a BMI of 37 and a wt. of 213, I loose about 2-3lbs a week generally. So far I've lost 48lbs in 4 mo. Hope to loose 35 more lbs. If you have any other ?'s Keep me posted and goodluck!
