    I was banded on 3/4/2009 and so far have lost 31 lbs. Yesterday had my first filll. I am really worried about stretching my pouch because a couple of times it seems that I could eat more than just the alloted amount. Anyone know if it's possible to stretch out the pouch after a couple of times of eating too much?
