  1. I also want to be 100 pounds lighter. But my fist goal is 25 pounds lighter. Today was my first day of liquids and boy is this hard! I am always hungry. Do you guys and any suggestions?

  4. I have been researching with different doctors in Alabama too. One doctor is Bessemer charges around $13,000. You can have your friend call them and ask for a packet and they will send your friend all the information including pricing based on how much your insurance covers. I have Atena and they only cover 80%. With is doctor I have to pay $800 out of pocket to him. There website is Surgery South L.L.C., Birmingham Alabama - Thoracic, Endocrine, Breast & Abdominal Surgery. Good Luck to your friend.
  5. I go to a seminar on the 16th of April. One doctor I considered doesnt do them is your BMI is over 45. I was just worried that they may be a factor for me. I can't wait to start this journey.
  6. I am thinking of the lap band surgery. I'm 4"11 and 244 lbs. I'm worried that my BMI which is 50 my be too much for the lap band surgery. Is that true? Will I have to lose weight first?
