  1. Zoloft was my only. One getting stuck. I cut them in half now and its fine. They sure are nasty when crushed!
  2. Canned tuna and saltines are allowed on my mushie diet.
  3. I did it a few years ago for 3 months and lost 35 pounds, but 80% of the food is disgusting, and I'm not picky. If u google low glycemic index, u can do the diet yourself with your own foods.
  4. I havnt been hungry since surgery but I try to get in 1400 calories a day. Its hard to get to most days, I have good restriction.
  5. That looks like about 800 calories. Sounds ok to me.
  6. I don't think it sounds all that high. If you are obese, then you probably have a really high bmr.
  7. My goal is 1400 a day. I'm still on mushies so I'm only getting about 800 a day. Eating that few calories isn't good for me, so hopefully I can start getting more in soon!
  8. I didn't have anything like that. I do have numb areas though.
  9. Use the strong drugs. I only needed them for 3 days. You'll feel better before you know it. Sip sip sip.
  10. When does the swelling from surgery go down? I'm 2 weeks out. If my restriction level stayed the way it is now, I don't think I would need a fill.
  11. I'm only 2 weeks out, but I have good restriction and I am never physically hungry. When does the swelling from surgery go away? I'm guessing I will be hungry once that happens?
  12. I don't know how or why it happens. I am 2 weeks out and I definitely have restriction. My band is totally empty. Could be swollen still????
  13. what if you are never hungry? Just go by the clock?
  14. There are absolutely a few bad apples in the bunch right now. I have thick skin, so they normally don't bother me. I feel they are the ones with the biggest issues, they just aren't letting on. Know whaty I mean. I think they are "leveling" which means trying to knock others down to their level of unhappiness. I try my best to treat everyone the way I want to be treated. Which also happens to be the biggest lesson I am always trying to teach my children. Maybe the "bad apples" were never taught that? On a public message board, its probably best to take everything with a grain of salt. For all we know we could be talking to a 70 pound 11 year old boy. Hehehe
  15. P.s. I have a realize band, with a low profile port.
  16. I am only 2 weeks out and can see and feel my port. My port is high, right under my bra line in the center, so there isn't a lot of fat over it.
  17. That sucks! =( I hope you get restriction soon.
  18. I wasn't being a smart ass at all, that's not my forte. I was being bummed out with you.
  19. I plan on eating as many calories as I can to still lose weight. No way in hell would I want to eat only 800 calories a day for the rest of my life. I don't want my body to get used to that. I'm shooting for 1400 a day during the weight loss phase. <br>
  20. Crap! I haven't gained. I lost last week. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and it will be a very small loss. Don't know how that is possible, but whatever.
  21. That sucks! My port is up high, like right below my boobs. He said it's easier to access where there isn't much fat.
  22. I don't think it would effect the band, but it's awful for your skin. Spray tans can look really nice!
