3 weeks for me because I have a 2 week pre-op diet.

Did your doctor give you a list? What were his guidlines? I get to have Protein shakes mixed with milk, juice or Water, and any 0 calories/caffeine drinks

For me the whole process took 3 months. My surgery date is jan. 26th. I have a timeline on my blog if u want to check it out! As far as approval for the actual surgery, it was 2 or 3 days. Good luck!

I love Unjury. Chocolate Splendor is my favorite flavor.

My surgeon generally uses the Realize Band. I think they are both equally good.

I'm done with all my testing. Just waiting for them to call me to let me know insurance has approved! I was excited to learn that my surgeons office provides all the protein powder and vitamins.
