Hello just read your post where you talk about having done a colonic. I have never had one but Im thinking about having it done soon. Did you have it done after the lapband do you know if it can have a bad affect on the band? Did you find weightloss after the colonic and how many have you had after being banded?

Girl I'm struggling to. We are all human. I'm down 73 pounds which is great, but I've been sucking with the eating and exercising. I wish I could plan my time better so I can focus on me and the weight loss more. With kids, three jobs and a house to run...man! Hope all is well :-)

Wow so you would wake up and have pain? I've never experienced that but I don't know or think I've been waiting 4hrs to go to bed after my last meal. But I will do it now. Thanks, I hope all goes well with you keep me updated, praying for you

i would recommend waiting 4hrs after a meal to go to bed..bc/ with me jus waiting 2....i wake up in pain as if there is still heaviness in pouch b/c of food....i just feel very uncomfortable...but i knonw thats why the pouched began to get out of shape...

So I get my fill today so depressing to learn I gained 2lbs and according to Dr. Office scale only lost 9lbs. So far I have a total of 4.5 cc's in my band. He wants me to wait 3months for fill #3 no way I said so he said two months. I said ok schedule it but Im sure Ill be back in 1month. My Dr. is cool but way to conservative. My sister was banded in Texas and 5cc was put in her band at the time of banding.

wow i would be upset to wait every two months for a fill. I get one every 3 to 4 weeks and my doctor insists. I think you should insist every month as well its included with what you have paid. 15 pounds is great its just two months . keep getting the fills and yes get to walking i lose from doing just that.

Im going in tomorrw afternoon for fill #2. Im in desparate need of it. I am eating way to much and get hungry @every 3hrs. My Dr. is on the conservative side. I had to beg to come in early. He wants me to wait every two months for a fill Im like that's not going to work right now lol. I was banded on 1/12/10 only down 15lbs slooowwwww progress. That's another reason why I called in for a early fill. I know I have to get more committed with the exercise. Im going to the gym tomorrow after my fill since I will be on liquids that should at least shed 2 more pounds.

I was banded dec 22 and ive 2 fills and my 3rd one of March 29th . I went from 262 to 224 in a little over 2 months so i have a ways to go. What about you? I also had troubling commiting to a gyms so I just buy different machines from walmart and as soon as I get home from work I immediately work on them before I change my mind and find a reason not too

Wow that's great. keep up the good work Im still trying to get my exercise routine together. It's hard but Im trying. When were you banded?
