  1. Hello, I'm Teri from New Hope, AL. I had my surgery in late August of 08. I have lost about 26-28 pounds. Yes, I should have lost more. However, it's taken me a little while to get "in tune" with my body. I've had about 4 adjustments. The last adjustment was the only one that I could really tell a difference. Just wanted to say Hi! I love reading your posts; it really helps!!! Good luck to us all!!!
