Hello, I'm Teri from New Hope, AL. I had my surgery in late August of 08. I have lost about 26-28 pounds. Yes, I should have lost more. However, it's taken me a little while to get "in tune" with my body. I've had about 4 adjustments. The last adjustment was the only one that I could really tell a difference. Just wanted to say Hi! welcome to lbt,you are not alone it take alot of us more time than others to loosse weight we are just all different so be patient and it will soon start to come off more rapidly..lol mariah

Hi Teri, I was banded October 30 2008 and am also losing slow. I am like you, it has taken a while before I could feel any restriction. I only started feeling restriction with my last fill so I am hoping it will come off a little quicker. Good Luck!

Hey Teri~ I live in Muscle Shoals and I'm scheduled for lapband surgery May 4th by Dr. Suggs in Decatur. I'm so excited and wish it was over. Glad to see someone so close on the forum.
