I have no idea Zana..., good point! I mix my powder protein with liquid, so it becomes liquid ... 15.2 fl oz fruit juice + 2 scoops / 120 g powder ... What is the difference between this or "liquid protein" ? which you buy in a store ??? I use KitchenAid blender and I use the fifth speed (stir, chop, mix, puree, and liquefy) , which is "liquefy" ... So, what could clog the area that food goes through?

I buy "Naked" juice (http://www.nakedjuice.com/), and "Kashi Go Lean" protein powder (http://www.kashi.com/ourfood/GOLEAN/Shakes/Default.aspx) ... I mix together the Naked juice and 2 scoops of Kashi Go Lean vanilla, in a blender ...

Hi Karen, I do not mind the slower start... It took me 10 years to gain extra 90+ pounds, it will come off in a year or so. I feel blessed to have this band ...It is already working, I could never loose 29 pounds (as I did so far, in 8 weeks) without it. I know it works, not in a future tense, but as of now :clap2: Wishing you all the best, and my fellow November bandsters...

Hi Karen, Yes she did ... My fill doctor also summoned around 8 cc for the final fill.

I got 3 cc in my 10cc band... There is no restriction... same with me: makes no difference.

My appointment for the first fill is today, my banding date was 11/24, I have lost 26-27 pounds since banding. I wonder what my fill doctor is going to say ...

I was banded with SAGB, but I have no information on the size of the band itself...(cubic centimeter) No information on the box ...

I am 48 also, I'm going through menopause (5 yrs. now), bipolar also ... I am stuck on my weight also, for the last 2 weeks. I am eating though. I did not have a fill yet, but this coming wednesday. I do not have an answer to your question, good luck to you!

Hello Susannah, Number of the Hungarians immigrated to the United States, Canada, Australia and many other countries, all over the globe. Too bad ... the history is not very kind to that little country and its people. I felt ... I was taking advantage of their health care system, it did not feel right to be honest with you, but I had no other choice as a self-paid. Kati is very common name in Hungary, here in the United States they call me Katie. But I still spell my name K.a.t.i., but my full name is Katalin. Béla is a nice name also. Béla originated ... I think ... from Béla III of Hungary (1172-1196). One of the most famous Béla is Bartok Béla. Yes!, Tracyin KS... But I am bilingual, so it made it very easy for me to communicate in Hungarian. My doctor and the hospital stuff were amazing people, as the picture shows :-) A pic of Dr. Vereczkei tells a thousands words :-)

Hi All, I am scheduled for 11/20 with Johnson & Jonhson SAGB band in Hungary. The sales tax on the band is 500 dollars (in Hungary). How can I order it myself? My doctor said I can carry it myself. My residence is in the United States.

Hello NaturalBeauty, My BMI is around 38. I have to self pay and I thought I should try my home country, which is Hungary...as I am gathering all the information on this, I will be better off financially than even to travel to Mexico. The hospital, and Dr. Csiszar excellent, they do a super job. BUT! Reading you, booda, Angelu I made up my mind to call Dr. Greene's office for a consultation before I make a decison on anything.
