  1. I was on the Optifast diet for two weeks prior to surgery. I had to drink five cartons a day, I did not like one bit. But in the end it is all worth it.
  2. Hey there! don't be nervous about your new surgeon, because these surgeons have to be very well trained before they perform the lap-band. And if he was a surgeon before he knows the risks trust your doctor he most likely knows what he is doing. Have a great day!

  4. Hey There, My Name Is Sarah. I Just Had Surgery About 10 Days Ago. My Advice For Pre- Surgery... Get Used To Eating Small Amounts. And Also If You Know That You Won't Be Able To Eat Something After Surgery, Eat It Now!!! Recovery Is Fairly Fast As It Is Only Took Me About 2 Days To Recover.
