  1. Hey guys..... don,t worry I was just like you worried to death. That is natural to be that way. I started out at 195lbs. and I have lost 33lbs so far still slow to loss but I am doing it. My doc also did not require me to go on the pre op diet. I ate right up to 12 the night before surgery. Any questions anyone.:thumbup:
  2. Hey guys I was band Aug 17,2009. I would love to join the jorney with you guys. I did not have a high BMI my was 36.5. I had other health problems that helped me make this choice. I have a thyiord problem which causes your metablizime to be veryyyyyyyyyyyyy slowwwwwwwwwwww. I lost 33 pounds and only 27 more to go. So if you need mentoring I am all ears.
