I've been craving ribs and chicken wings all week.. but I can't cause I know it'll mess up my pre-OP.. gotta remain strong..i just add a small squirt of buffalo sauce to my broth.. gets me over the cravings .

Temptation today! I want a soda. My brother bought a 12pk of soda. Ive been so good and only drinking unsweetened tea other then Water. Ugh! I'm gonna stay strong. I have a lack of caffeine headache too you know the one a soda cures lol

I walked by the same 3 chocolate chip Cookies about 10 times today. They are still there. This whole process is 85% mental. I will not cheat. Surgery on July 8!!

Ok thanks for the heads up. I'll be having the sleeve surgery this coming Monday July 1... Looking forward to losing all my weight and getting healthy again

My sleeve surgery date is 7/31... I'm so excited and so ready for this life change!!

Mine wouldn't allow starchy vegetable including peas which I would not have considered starchy . Salads,1 meal at or below 300 calories, loved Lean Cuisine and it's cousins, otherwise. fluids , limited and approved fruits and Protein Shakes. Had my surgery in Columbus Ohio, the home of Abbott Labs so given a gangoozle of Ensure coupons,hey it helps when you're on a Social Security limited budget, really does! I lost 15 pounds on my 1 month Liver- shrinking diet, took my Hepatic Organ from NASH to smooth, sleek and healthy like a Baby calf, so worth the restrictions for the Greater good. And since he Didn't have to use the Industrial- sized liver retractor I didn't have the tummy pain many suffer! And A win- win for all concerned.

Feeling shitty is 1/2 your body's reaction to the insults done to it in the name of positive health science, 1/4 recovering from anesthesia and 1/4 emotional let- down after summoning enough courage to go through and have your Surgery. Promise, Day by Day you are going to feel better, expect a let-down about 3 days in, 72 hours at. High Emotional Energy is about all one body can stand. For me or was also the day I went home, I ached , was weepy, oh I was glad for my surgery, really I was, but on the surface " Sweet Mother of God, WHAT DID I LET ME IN FOR?" But very soon the Sun will shine, the Bluebirds will sing and the flowers bloom, and your world🌎will be a wonderful new place to live and your future will shine forth! And you will be like me, telling the " Newbees" "You can do it, You really can do it, I've been there and I know! "And to. all them, you will be the Veteran , the Mentor to guide them on their way too!
So smile😝, sip,sip, sip, do your "Walkies" be happy you've been this chance, remember not all of us get approved the very time They try and I think you'll do Just Fine!
