  6. Thanks Loriely, sorry i have no secrets i have good restriction, some days i seem to have more than others, i stop eating as soon as i have that full feeling, i have been able to increase my Water intake, i don't eat any junk food i think about it, but i fight the temptation. My husband and our daughters are amazed at the change in me, compared to what i was like before banding, i said the Dr.must have injected some kind of mind control drug in me on the day of surgery. LOL Hope you will be feeling better soon Loriely, and they are able to find out for sure if you have gall stones or not, and will get the problem taking care of for you. Take care. Maria :woot:

  9. It is normal to be concerned and nervous before any surgery, we would not be human if we were not. I failed at so many diets that i knew i was doing the right thing for me, i only had one concern and that was because of my age, lets face it when you are younger you recover quicker, so i was concerned about the recovery time for me. Everything went of so smoothly and recovery time was fast, i also think it helped having a lot of confidence in my surgeon, i was very confident in his ability that i was not worried about the surgery itself. Here i am 10 months later and i am doing great and very very happy. It will be the same for you Sherrylynn and Anniegs. Good luck to you both. Maria
  10. Have a great vacation Yasmina. Maria

  17. Where is the Toronto Cosmetic Clinic located, i am afraid i have never heard of it. Dr Cobourn/Dr Mumford are at the clinic in Mississauga, they are located in the same office as the Plastic Surgery Clinic. Maria

  23. Astro, the same thing happened to me when i was on the liquid stage, the bought soups have a lot of sodium in them which i am sure you know can cause Water retention. When you start on solid food things will change. just hang in there. you will see a big difference once the healing phase is over with. Maria
  24. Mandi, you just take it easy for now, give your stomach time to feel better, we have a life time to take the weight off, you can always set your goal for March instead. Onderland Delta good for you congratulations. :clap2: :clap2: Maria :girl_hug:
