  1. 2 things I would suggest: 1) increase calories to 1000-1100 2) do this by additional Snacks? why, in reality by eating 5-6 meals a day it revs up your metabolism to be working all the time instead of just when you eat. watch your carbs though, try a Protein Shake as one/both of your snacks.
