Our gym class was the same way, except mine was "219" and I was teased soo badly at school. Thank God that was decades ago. But the memories are still there and not forgotten. -

I use overnight pads, as well as laying a towel down when I sit or lay down at home. At work I bring an extra pair of undies just in case of an overflow. I usually put one pad almost on top of the other, that way I can coverage in the front and the back. -

Congratulations ladies, you all had surgery on my BIRTHDAY.... I had my surgery on May 27th and my dr kept me overnight, I had gas pain on the left side where one incision was but as soon as I was able to get up and walked around it helped. By the 2nd to 3rd day the gas was basically gone. Wishing many blessings and success to each and everyone of you.
