Hey girlie good luck to you I got the band am down 168 lbs have about 40lbs to go and been stuck for a year. I have my days with the band have had my complications also I feel ya on the cysts ITS THE STORY OF MY LIFE!!! I hope whatever you do you get healthier as I tell everyone that the Lapband for me has been a blessing but if it would have given me issues I would rather be THICK and Happy than Skinny and frustrated! GOOD LUCK TO YA! -

Hey honey Hope all is well on your end I am doing good a little frustrated cause now I get hungry don't know about you I too have lost about 35lbs all together so yes very excited I started the gym too so that has given me alots of energy but I get hungry my first fill is in March 9th!

HELLLOOO My sister from another mister!! I am super excited for you TOMORROW IS YOUR DAY! Well go in there nice and calm it will help with the nerves keep a good attitude! When you come out sip lots of ice chips and water it helps alot. The first 48 hours you will feel like an elephant sat on you! You will get a little nausea but thats normal...Cold wash cloths help out alot place em on your forehead. Other than that try to get some rest beleive me if you own a recliner it will be your best friend! I will be praying for you tomorrow and as soon as you can let me know that you are ok! GOOD LUCK GOOD LUCK GOOD LUCK!!!

HHHEELLLOOO I am still in the hospita the surgery went great the only thing that was a bummer so far was the anestesia OOHHHH GGIIRRLL I thought coming back from it I was going to die had nausea and everything was spinning! The little cuts they made are super small and the stitching super cute no real scars just little red lines!! Thank you so much for rooting for me I will be doing the same for you on Tues! I will be home tomorrow my fiance brought me the laptop just so I could tell you how it went! LOL

OK so you are scheduled for Tuesday? YEY so that means that you must be on the wonderful liquid diet! LOL Dont know what you are taking in for protein but the Atkins shakes are the best tasting TRY THEM! So I will deff keep in touch and hope to talk to you soon..Go to the chat its the best!
