  1. It will be three years next month that I have had my lap band surgery and everything is going great. I'm down 86 lbs. Last September was my last visit for a fill. My last fill put me at 5.5cc. I've never been able to stay at 6cc, all three times I had to have an unfill. Well ever since my last fill in September, I've felt a little tight, but I always chalked it up to eating too fast and not chewing enough. I usually feel a little pain after eating, which I just thought was restriction. Now, I don't think so. I'm starting to think that I should go in for a slight unfill. I also got heart burn today (something that I haven't gotten in 1.5 years). Do you think I may have already caused damage?
  2. Has anyone read this book? I was looking to purchase it and I was wondering if anybody found it useful and informative. Thanks Jenn
  3. I actually met with him a week before Christmas. Very nice man. I am just waiting (not so patiently...hehe) for my all day info session.

did you find this book helpful? I am just starting my road to getting banded so I am looking for some reading material
  6. Congrats!!!! I agree at least you are trying again. My husband and I have been smoke free since June/08 with the help of the new drug Champix and it takes your cravings away. Too bad they don't make a drug like that for food....LOL
