Sorry to get back to you SOOOOO late, we are moving out of state, so I have not been on here much of late. You are banded now, so the question is sort of irrelevant, but really it is different for everyone, but you will know when is when, your body definitely lets you know, there will be really no chance of overeating, and when you do, you will know it (pain, productive burping, sliming) you name it, it happens.

Hi there! I'm getting banded on 6/17 and I'm asking around how everyone's recovery was for them. I'm most afraid of the first month. I have this fear that I'm going to want to eat too much and the band will break or something! LOL Anyway, was it a pretty rough start for you? Yea, I am down 27.5, and we are working out pretty regularly, some foods still giving me issues...eggs (weird) but I just live around it

55 lbs lost but I have skipped out on my workouts the last two weeks. I am 5 lbs behind my goal weight, but that's my fault. I better pick up the workouts again!

Good, running 3 times a week, and working out at the gym the other days, even got the hubby to go with...how are you doing?
