I thought I was the only one experiencing the protein getting stuck or pbing on meats. The sad thing is before Lb I was not a sugar or rice person. Now I eat it like it's no one's business. I have been doing shakes and it is not working out so I plan on getting back to boiled eggs in the morning. I wonder if dr. P will see me again, I have not seen her since the last time I met with you jes and if I am not mistakened it was in April or eaier last year. I don't think I need a fill, I just need to drop this weight. Mo you are right I will set a mini goal of 15 lbs by may. Where is Donna?

Pat- I wish you the best with getting things back on track with your husband. Often when we change out image especially weightloss, it brings confusion in the home. Hang in there and all will be well. Well I have been struggling for a long time, since my near death experience, everything seems to have gone south with my weightloss. I cannot blame my band as I am sure if I allow it it will work. What I can say is that I have been extremely stressed with work. I have gained all my weight but 27 lbs short of my start weight. There is a reason why all of a sudden we all started getting emails from LB talk.,god knows I need all the support and I must say when we were together we did well. So those in sac let's do this and those in the eastbay get cracking and then we can make it a point in meeting at least once a month collectively. I miss you all tremendously, the laughs and the checks and balances that we had was priceless.

Riley you are doing fine:-). Give him your blessing and few life lines, when he bumps his head he will come back. But the hope and wish is that all goes well with him there. He is taking leap of faith and all you can do is give him your blessing and it will help motivate his success. So this week I have been really good, i lost 6lbs and I know the band is working. I am at 5cc. I am waiting to drop 15-20 more and then go back to Dr.Park for a fill :-). Coming here and seeing you guys doing well and hanging in there helps. I see folks are not posting as much. I wish you all good health. Reggie

Hi Everybody, Hope you are all well. I have been away for a while because I am truly struggling I have gained over 28lbs back post-off. I a very frustrated, I know that it is not my band, but my silly head. I have found myself addicted to cookies and bagels where prior to surgery non of these items were my favs. As a matter of fact I did not like sweets at all. So I am desperately calling for help. I found myself in tears and depressed as today was my bandiversary BUT i was not able to celebrate because I have yet to battle my demons. Please lend whatever support you can. I truly miss all of you! Reggie
