Hi, my name is Amanda and I live in Brisbane – Australia. I have just found this website and I must say how nice it is to see so many happy and friendly people. I am 41, a mum of 2 (toddler & baby). I am going to get the best Christmas present ever. I even decided to have the op done before Christmas so that I was well on my way. I have always been big, but of late it has really bothered me. I have missed out on so much and do not want the next twenty years to be the same. I look at my children and know how much they need a healthy parent. So not only am I going to benefit they will too. We all will as a family – how cool is that. I am looking to being part of their activities and not being the one who sits on the side and pretends to be happy just watching…. Not any more, all I can say is look out, here comes the new me.
