  1. Hello Everyone, I had my lap band procedure done just shy of a week ago. Found this site while browsing other forums, just wanted to introduce myself. Im a 22 year old student majoring in Special Education, and I also play in an acoustic band on the weekends. Im doing fine with my surgery, but have a few questions, including: - Why do i sometimes get pain in my left shoulder? Or is this even surgery related? - Any Protein shake recipes? Trying to find one that fits my taste and doesnt taste like paste haha - Has anyone looked into the "Couch to 5K" running program? I wondered if this would be a good workout regime for a post-op patient.
