I also started my dance classes last Saturday. So once per week I will be dancing, along with other exercise and weight training 2/3 times per week.
It feels good to weigh 284.5. I just want to completely be out of the 280s. Maybe that will be my three month gift to myself. I have also been off fried foods and sugar. I feel pretty good so far.
