Whyyyyyy????????????

I was doing so good for the first 3wks since having my surgery, but now I am starting to feel the struggle. My weight has been going up and down. :blushing: I know that I haven't been working out as much as much as I should, but I am doing better about my reading.

I worked out last night, and got on the scale this morning and was up 2lbs. I am so discouraged. I will at the gym tonight, but I want to get out of the 280's by Christmas.
