Bariatric journey Multiple procedures Since 2012 Considering options

Everything posted by Ken S.

  1. Using this topic as a test! (simplified Chinese: 汉字; traditional Chinese: 漢字, lit "Han characters").
  2. If you click your username in the header, you'll see a "My Tickers" option there. Click that and you'll be directed to the tickers management area. I suspect, however, that you've located it as it appears that you have a surgery countdown ticker setup :-)
  3. Whoops! That was my fault. I’ll fix that shortly :-)
  4. You changed your settings at some point :-) You disabled the "View signatures?" setting in your Account Settings. I've gone ahead and re-enabled that for you. You should be able to see them now, but if not, don't hesitate to let me know!
  5. Click on your username in the header of the website, and then click Account Settings. There, you'll see on the left side of the screen "Signature". If you click on that, you'll be able to edit your signature. Or, you can just click here. Hopefully that works for you But, I do have a question....did you really find 20 different topics where users were attempting to edit their signature and couldn't locate it? Generally speaking, I find that our members are very willing to help newcomers and have seen a lot of questions asked that have been answered by the community - and we're very proud of that
  6. Fantastic! Anything else? :-)
  7. Thanks for the responses :-) Would you mind sending in another response to help me test? Thanks in advance!
  8. This is a test.
  9. @njgal It would appear that sometime last night you or another person with access to your phone may have enabled a debugging feature within the BariatricPal App. Can you please check in Settings -> Advanced Options -> Ads Debug Mode and make sure that you haven't enabled that setting? Thanks!
  10. Hi there! Are you still currently experiencing this issue?
  11. I have not received one - but I can see that user (spammer) sent a few other messages. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - the user has been removed from the site!
  12. We definitely agree with you and have already implemented users surgery information into their profiles on the new mobile app. 1000% agree! We do have plans to build out a complete nutrition tracking solution in a future release of the mobile app. We also have plans to integrate with Apple Health and are looking into the possibility of Google Fit integration as well as various tracking wearables. We do agree with your Magazine comment and in fact, the magazine area of the new app was inspired by the sidebar you mentioned We're loving the feedback and will do our best to implement all features that users find valuable and necessary, we're looking forward to hearing more!
  13. Hey there! Thank you for providing feedback. As Alex mentioned we are actively developing a dedicated BariatricPal App, and as such we now have complete control over its development. This will not only allow us to address bugs and issues quicker, it also enables us to consider and implement requests from the entire BariatricPal community, which is something that our current app has prevented us from doing. With regards to the issues you're currently facing, unfortunately there isn't much we can do at the moment. The BBCode is something that will resolve with the release of our own app as well as the being logged out. With regards to the notification sound, I'm not able to replicate the playback cutoff mentioned here, but we'll definitely pay very close attention to this and hope to prevent it with our release. With regards to the beta testing - that's great that you're interested! Feel free to shoot me a private message with the e-mail address that is associated with your Apple account and when we're ready I'll reach out and send you an invite. Thanks again!
  14. Hi there! Both accounts you mentioned do exist - though they do NOT share the same e-mail address. Since our discussion may involve personal information (such as your e-mail address) please feel free to send me a private message to further discuss what you'd like to do. Thanks!
  15. @proudgrammy I'm seeing the appropriate profile picture for you :-) With regards to your tickers, it looks like you entered invalid or empty information and they can not be rendered. You should be able to fix them by clicking on the "Edit" button just beneath the yellow notices you mentioned. Hope this helps and have a great evening!
  16. @Katilady Hi there! You can access it under the "Patients" menu item. It's listed as "My Surgery". Or you can just click here and you'll be taken to the My Surgery page :-)
  17. Hi @russdroppings - there are some limitations to signatures. Images cannot be larger than 500x250 and only 1 is allowed, signatures also cannot contain links and must be no more than 5 lines. With regards to deleting an image, were you unable to do so using the editor? Also, any further information you can share with regards to the delete button on images not showing up would help us in determining if there is an issue we need to resolve. Thanks so much!
  18. Hi @russdroppings, are you still having issues with your signature?
  19. @Sosewsue61 This should now be resolved, thanks again for letting us know!
  20. @B.Annie What version of the app are you using?
  21. @Sosewsue61It was not a known bug, but it is now! We'll get it worked fixed soon and I'll update you as soon as we do. Thank you so much for letting us know!
  22. Great article! Definitely a fulfilling read.
  23. Hey all! What version of the Android app are you all using?
