Login problems

Lately BP has intermittently not let me login. It also doesn't send me an email to change my password......I KNOW my password and dont need to change it, but I don't know what else to do at that point. I am magically logged in now again but its annoying to have to uninstall the app and reinstall it multiple times just to login.

On my Android phone

It's possible that your app was storing an older version of the cache. We just upgraded all platforms to a fully secured Ssl connection, which could cause the issues you're speaking of, but at this point they would only be temporary.

Would you mind responding here or PM'ing me if the issues continue?

Ok. No problem

  • 4 weeks later...

I'm having this same problem. I downloaded the app, and all is well for a few days. Then things start to hang, posts don't update, etc. So I tried logging out and back in, but it will not take my password. The only way to resolve is Uninstall, reinstall and login again. Rebooting doesn't work. Nor does the reset password. Then I repeat the next day.

I'm a new user, so I don't think it's an old version cache issue. Any ideas?

I'm using a Droid turbo, android version 6.0.1.

Whatever is in the Google play Store. Hope this helps. 5.0.20 build 21000042
