I had the surgery 6 months ago. I've lost 38 lb. so far. My hair started coming out at 2 months post op....I figured it was due to surgery and anesthesia. It is still coming out and now I'm worried. I am going today to buy some protein powder. Is protein the only issue in hair loss? Someone told me there is a forum for that issue but I couldn't find it. Thanks.

My doctor charges $100 for a fill. The surgery was $15,000 and it included the first 10 fills, however each appointment counts as a fill even if you decide against a fill...I try to wait until I know that I want one. Good Luck!

Hi Rida, I had surgery 10-30. I must confess I'm not sticking to post-op so well...eating most things pretty well. I've been weighing myself daily unfortunately...but have lost 9 lbs so far. I'm in the Dallas area also. Congratulations on your surgery. Best of luck! Shari
