  1. I'm frustrated. I can't seem to get this right. I have to try just as hard as I did before I had the surgery to lose weight. I know this is a tool to help me and not the quick cure. I guess despite all my efforts to remind myself of this I thought I'd be thinner by now. Yes I got the surgery for my health and that has improved but I still weigh 300 lbs. 76 pnds lighter than when I started this journey but no where near where I need want to be. I feel this awkward pressure from my family and friends that I should be losing weight faster. Like I'm some failed --before and after-- commercial. Does any of this make sense. Please let me know I'm not alone!!
