  4. Absolutely not! I had roux en y and now so vitamin deficiencies and these leg cramps that curl feet under feels like tendons being ripped from bones. Had to replace 5 teeth with implants due to breaking them from deficiencies. I have gained half my weight back and yet hardly eat cause when I do eat I bloat up like Michelin tire blimp. Worst 9 years of my life so far. Rather be fat than suffer the way I do!
