hi mom im at 3.5 cc in a 5cc band and im not having trouble yet but my dr has takin it very slow mayb you shouldnt rush those feels your gonna lose the weight anyway be strong ok.

Hey restriction should make you stop eating quick if your real tight 2 maybe 3 bites and you have to learn to stop eating .maybe this will help you .cya
