  9. Has anyone tried the Baritastic App for tracking. I really like it.
  10. I have added the shakes on my own ? I see the nutritionist on the 13th so I’ll get a better idea then. I haven’t been introduced to my “team” yet as I’ve only seen the doctor. I’m doing what I can until then.
  11. I’m only in the beginning stages. I had an orientation and met with the surgeon then was told I’d get an appointment with a nutritionist. I also need to hit my surgery weight, 11 pounds left to lose.
  12. To be honest not well. I’m not a breakfast person, never have been, and it just feels like a “diet” LOL I do better on a low carb diet so the fruit is throwing me. Honestly I’d rather be on a shake for breakfast and lunch and just have dinner. Oh, I also have to exercise 5 days a week and log everything. Exercise is the roughest part due to pretty painful arthritis in my ankle.

  20. 59 here, 60 in a few months. In the pre-op diet phase. Need to loose 13 pounds before surgery, BUT haven’t seen anyone yet but the doctor so several more spots to go. Kim
  21. Hi, new here. Name is Kim, not date yet, but on a pre-surgery diet. Glad to be here.
