  1. For YouTube workouts, I’d say check out FitnessBlender and MadFit. FitnessBlender has a ton of different types of workouts, from strength training to HIIT, and they have routines for all fitness levels, which is awesome. MadFit, on the other hand, is perfect for those who love bodyweight exercises or prefer a more low-impact option. Another one I’d recommend is Pamela Reif—her routines are tough but super effective. Also, if you’re into building muscle, I’d suggest looking into the best anabolic steroids in Canada if that’s your thing.
  2. I had a similar experience last year when I flew back after surgery. I was a bit worried about the long flight, but I opted for a First Class seat, which made a huge difference. It’s not about luxury, but the extra space and ability to adjust the seat really helped with comfort. I think staying in San Diego for a few extra days is a good idea—around 5 days sounds reasonable to me, as it gives you more time to heal before the flight. Affordable First Class Travel options are out there too, so you don’t necessarily have to break the bank for a more comfortable trip! The key is taking it easy and making sure you’re not overdoing it.
  3. I'm so sorry you're going through this, it sounds really difficult. Hair loss can be tough to deal with, especially when it feels like there's no end in sight. It's understandable that you're considering dyeing your hair for a change, but it's important to be cautious. Dyes can sometimes cause further damage to fragile hair, so it's best to chat with a professional stylist first. Also, have you tried batana oil? It's a natural remedy that some people find helpful for hair health. You can check it out at batanabio.com. Hang in there!
