Hi all I am 17 months post gastric sleeve and have gained 9lbs from my lowest . I suffer from depression so I’m on medication for that . How do I lose the 9lbs I have gained ? Any tips ?

Hi can someone please help me . I have 1 stone 4lbs to lose still and I am 1 year post op (gastric sleeve ) how many calories should I be having and anyone else in the same boat ? When I put my details on a calculator to get to goal I need to eat 1200 per day which I find too less ? any tips and advice will be apperciated. Thank you x

Yes I was too ! It’s so hard I had it done abroad and I guess due to that I’ve not had much help with the meal plans etc I find myself so lost at times . No idea how many calories I should be having and how much protein etc ?

Thank you for your reply , yes I do have a dietcian but she seems to think I’m doing just fine and when I told her about my weight over the last month she’s telling me to go back to liquids which I don’t want to do as I find it to extreme . I need to go back to my protein first and watch that I’m not grazing all day which I’ve noticed I’m doing more of . It’s so hard sometimes isn’t it . I was a binge eater before my op and I need work on all this

I have increased my eating as I’m more hungry I eat around 1500 cal per day

Hi all I’m coming upto 7 months post op end of jan and I’ve lost only 3.5 stones . I know my start weight wasn’t as high (14.7 stones ) compared to most who have GS but I feel so down . This sleeve was my last hope and I’m worried I won’t get to goal . I have 1 stone 11lbs to go still ?

I’m 6 months post op and today I didn’t lose any weight I stayed the same as last week ?. My weightloss has slowed down I need to lose another 12kg to get to goal .i started sertraline for my anxiety 2 months post op and can’t help but think is it that which is causing my weightloss to slow down ? I’m feeling so low ?
